These services are for youth and adults with disabilities who are at risk of using alcohol/drugs or have experimented but have not yet formed a notable habit.
Our trained and experienced counselors gather important information needed to create an individualized service plan (ISP) tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.
Individual sessions typically are 1x a week. Services will be in home, office, or in a preferred community location. Services are available both in person or via telehealth.
Our team of experienced counselors help to support the recovery needs of individuals and can provide links to local disability resources to help clients engage in positive activities, maintain wellbeing, and reduce chances of future alcohol or drug use problems.
Prevention services are paid for by Regional Centers. Sober State can offer sliding scale services for private paying customers.
