Sober State

Early Intervention

Alcohol and Drug use

These services are for youth and adults with disabilities who are currently using alcohol/drugs and do not require a higher level of care such as detoxification or residential treatment.

Screening and Assessments

Our trained and experienced counselors gather important information needed to create an individualized service plan (ISP) tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.

One-on-One

Individual sessions typically range from 1-3x a week depending on the individuals identified necessity. Services will be in home, office, or in a preferred community location. Services are available both in person or via telehealth.

Care Coordination

Our team of experienced counselors help to support the recovery needs of individuals, facilitate recovery through social connections, and can provide links to local recovery groups.

Affordable

Early intervention services are paid for by Regional Center.  Sober State can offer sliding scale services for private paying customers.
